The project is a reinforced concrete shear wall structure, with a total construction area of about 167,000 square meters. It consists of a total of five towers with a total building height of 139 meters.

During the construction of the project, adopting advanced local methods, steel bar welded mesh construction technology won “Hunan Provincial Construction Method”, and the project won the 2015 "National Safe and Civilized Demonstration Site and Education and Training Base" Award issued by the JKKP of Malaysian Industrial Safety Commission.
