During the construction of the project, water from the diversion canal of the Irrawaddy River was transferred to the Plant to solve the water shortage problem of the villagers on the same day. The plant is equipped with a power station, and electricity meets the use of the plant and is provided free of charge to the surrounding villagers. After the completion of the plant, a large number of jobs are provided, further promoting the friendship between China and Myanmar.
