The project mainly includes the laying of water main pipelines with a total length of about 311.61 kilometers and the construction of pumping stations, etc. After the operation of the project, it will solve the drinking water difficulties of 100,000 families along the line, which is a major strategic livelihood project in Oman.

The project was awarded as a typical case of foreign investment and economic cooperation of Hunan Construction Industry “Going Global” Cooperation Alliance in 2021.
