On June 20, the 15th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit Forum was grandly opened in Macau. The forum was co-hosted by the China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) and the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute. More than 60 ministerial guests from all over the world attended the forum, and more than 3,500 industry representatives from more than 800 institutions from more than 70 countries and regions attended the forum. Li Zhenlai, Vice Chairman and General Manager of the Company, was invited to attend on behalf of the company and met with Md Tazul Islam, Minister of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives of Bangladesh.

During the meeting with Md Tazul Islam, Minister of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives of Bangladesh, Md Tazul Islam affirmed the hard work of the Company’s project team in Bangladesh and the good progress of the projects under construction. He also said that he would continue to strongly support the Company’s business in Bangladesh, further strengthen cooperation in infrastructure fields such as water conservancy and roads to boost Bangladesh’s economic and social development. Li Zhenlai expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives of Bangladesh for its long-term support for the Company’s business in Bangladesh. He said that Bangladesh was a key market for the Company to deepen its presence. In the future, it would be based on the needs of Bangladesh’s economic and social development, fully participate in the construction of Bangladesh’s infrastructure and other related fields, and take the initiative to build more high-quality, sustainable, and people-friendly quality projects for local economic and social development.
