On June 21, Cha Yeong Hun, General Manager of Overseas Subcontracting Department of SAMSUNG C&T, and his team visited SHICO for discussions. Liu Yiqi, SHICO Chairman, warmly received them, and Guo Wantao, Deputy General Manager of SHICO, hosted the discussion.

SAMSUNG C&T was formerly the Samsung Group of South Korea. As a world-renowned comprehensive enterprise that was one of the world’s top 500 companies, it had more than 40 years of engineering and construction experience around the world, focusing on key areas such as commercial and residential buildings, civil infrastructure and factory construction. While dominating South Korea’s foreign trade, it also played a role in guiding the sophistication and globalization of South Korea's industry.

Cha Yeong Hun expressed his gratitude for SHICO’s warm reception and introduced SAMSUNG C&T’s global business layout and key areas of development. He said that HCIG had a high market participation and outstanding professional advantages, and he looks forward to the development and consolidation of the cooperative relationship between the two sides, further promoting global cooperation in infrastructure construction, new energy and other fields, jointly exploring the international market, and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

Liu Yiqi warmly welcomed Cha Yeong Hun and his delegation, and gave a detailed introduction to the development of HCIG’s international business and its business advantages. He said that SAMSUNG C&T had made remarkable achievements in international development, and the two sides have highly consistent development directions in the international market, complementary advantages, and broad prospects for cooperation. He hoped that the two sides would further strengthen communication and docking, achieve resource sharing, strong alliances, and jointly enhance global competitiveness and influence.

At the meeting, the two sides also had in-depth exchanges on the development potential of key country markets for international business and market development experience and reached a preliminary consensus.

After the meeting, Cha Yeong Hun and his delegation also visited the HCIG exhibition hall to gain an in-depth understanding of HCIG's production and operation, project construction, brand honors and other aspects.
