Recently, Hunan Construction Engineering Group (NZ) Limited of Hunan Construction Investment Group, signed an agreement with the local construction developer Murphys Park Development Limited for the Stage 8 of Murphys Park Development Project. 

This project adopts the EPC+F cooperation model. It will build approximately 111 houses (including single-family villas and row houses) with a total construction area of about 12,800 square meters. 

The project marks another significant business achievement for the group in expanding the market in the housing construction sector in New Zealand.
