Recently, SHICO received a letter of thanks from the Tsagaan County Government, Sükhbaatar Province, Mongolia. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude to SHICO for actively fulfilling local social responsibilities and taking practical and powerful actions to contribute to Mongolia’s infrastructure construction, regional industrial development and people’s convenient life.

The letter of thanks pointed out that since the beginning of winter in 2023, the entire country of Mongolia had experienced rare extreme cold and snowstorms. In the critical moment of “Dzud”, Mongolia’s ET Coal Mine Road Project Department responded actively. With the strong support of the owners of ET Coal Mine and Eastern Logistics, local herdsmen and passing transportation vehicles were rescued, and construction equipment was mobilized to clear snow on the access roads, opening up the lifeline of road transportation.

2024 marked the 100th anniversary of the founding of Tsagaan County. The county government hoped that SHICO would actively participate in the infrastructure construction of the county and surrounding areas to promote the rapid development of the region.
