The total construction area of the project reaches 120,000 square meters, including the two main functions of the Grand Theater and the Art Gallery. The Grand Theater is composed of a main performance hall with 1,800 seats and a multi-functional small theater with 500 seats; the Art Gallery is composed of 9 exhibition halls with an area of 10,000 square meters. The amount of steel used for this steel structure exceeded 22,000 tons, and the glass curtain wall area is nearly 70,000 square meters.

The project won the 2020 National Quality Engineering Award.
