The total construction area of the project reaches 104,500 square meters, which is divided into 7 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. It contains three parts: a grand theater, a medium theater, and a rehearsal hall. The auditorium has a total of 2,764 seats.

This project won two Luban Awards in 2010-2011 and the 10th Zhan Tianyou Award of China Civil Engineering.
