The project covers an area of 46,000 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 30,800 square meters.

During the construction process, the project successfully applied for three provincial construction method patents, five utility model patents, four software copyrights, and won the first place in the installation category BIM application of the 9th "Innovation Cup" Building Information Modeling (BIM) Application Competition, among which, the "innovative construction technology of unit cracked clay panel curtain wall" has reached the domestic leading level through third-party evaluation.

The project won the 2021 Luban Award.
