As a supporting transfer berth for a 300,000-ton crude oil terminal and a 4.75 million cubic meter bonded tank area, the project adopts a “butterfly” layout, with six mooring piers, two ship-tying piers and one working platform. The supporting construction includes Harbor basin, power supply and lighting facilities, water supply and drainage, fire protection, etc. Its design annual throughput capacity is 7.94 million tons, and its berthing ship types range from 10,000 tons to 100,000 tons.
