The design of this project focuses on meeting environmental protection standards and efficiency improvement, and a large number of new technologies, new materials, and new processes have been applied, which has greatly consolidated the status of Chenglingji Old Port as a bulk cargo water-rail transport hub in Hunan Province. The main structure of the project is a closed silo for dry bulk cargo, with a length of 470 meters, a main span of 110 meters, and a construction area of 50,000 square meters.

The project won the honor of Top Ten Innovative Projects of State-owned Enterprises in Hunan Province.
