It is a landmark in Burundi, with a total construction area of about 10,000 m², adopting Chinese standards on engineering and construction quality. It consists of office building, rooms for security and service personnel, rooms for supporting equipment, and sewage treatment station.

This project won Hunan Province Quality Engineering Award and Hunan Provincial Lotus Awards.
