On June 29, China-Africa Infrastructure Forum of the Third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo opened at Changsha International Conference Center with the theme of "Common Development, Shared Future". The forum held a signing ceremony for infrastructure cooperation projects between China and Africa. Under the witness of Fang Qiuchen, Chairman of China International Contractors Association, Yu Xiaohong, Vice Chairwoman and Liu Xinyin, chief accountant of the group, Liu Yiqi, chairman of the company, signed the cooperation agreement of oil refinery (5 million tons/year） phase Ⅱ project in Ghana with Sentuo Oil Refinery Limited.

The project is an EPC general contract project under the support of the Export-Import Bank of China and the China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation with a construction period of two years. Upon completion, it will facilitate the coordinated development of Ghana's upstream and downstream refining industry chains, promote employment, and help Ghana save on foreign exchange expenditures and reduce its dependence on imports.
