It is reported that DHB affordable housing project (Wirihana) is located at 10 Coles Road, Central Manukau, next to the Barrowcliffe Project, with a land area of 110,000 square meters and a building area of 37,000 square meters, with a total of 405 timber-framed two-story townhouses. The project adopts an EPC+F model, developed in three phases, and the first phase of the project is now officially implemented. The project will further reduce the waste of construction materials and the generation of construction waste under the premise of complying with New Zealand's construction standards, which is highly in line with New Zealand's concept of environmental protection.
