After jointly exploring the market in Laos with Hunan Construction Investment Group No.4 Engineering Co., Ltd., it once again signed a contract with Hunan Construction Investment Group No.2 Engineering Co., Ltd. for the Philippine Royal Rafting Commercial and Residential Complex project, which marks the company has successfully entered the Philippine housing construction market.

The project, with the total contract amount of approximately about RMB 780 million, is a spot exchange project supported by China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation and China Construction Bank, and aims to create a complex that integrates commerce, residence, and tourism to provide unique and diverse experiences for local communities and tourists.
