In addition, they also communicated with each other about the HCIG’s market operations and market expansion in the Middle East. During their stay in Saudi Arabia, the delegation held discussions and exchanges with Saudi Aizmel Holding Group, SAUDI ARAMCO, and the Saudi National Sports Ministry. Saudi Arabia has expressed that the cooperation between the two parties has broad prospects. HCIG should continue to leverage its advantages in the entire industry chain, increase investment in high-quality resources, innovate cooperation models, and actively seize high-quality market opportunities in Saudi Arabia. In the future, they will continue to support HCIG in developing various businesses in Saudi Arabia, work together to promote Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” plan, and jointly enhance global competitiveness and influence. The delegation stated that in recent years, HCIG has actively participated in the high-quality joint construction of the “Belt and Road” and has continued to develop in all business areas. Under the good situation that the China-Saudi Arabia comprehensive strategic partnership has reached a new level, they hoped that both parties would strengthen cooperation and exchanges, give full play to their respective advantages, serve the “Belt and Road” Initiative with greater efforts, help realize Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” goals, actively promote the implementation of projects, and achieve win-win development.

While in the United Arab Emirates, the delegation held discussions with the Middle East and Africa Regional Power Division of Marubeni Chemix Corporation, BICC Engineering Company, and Royal Construction Co., Ltd. The two parties had in-depth exchanges on key projects, new energy, infrastructure construction and other fields in the Middle East, and reached a series of consensuses. The delegation stated that HCIG, as the chairman unit of the Hunan Province Construction Industry “Going Global” Alliance, would give full play to the advantages of Hunan Province’s entire industry chain and combine HCIG’s rich experience accumulated in fields such as new energy and infrastructure construction EPC. The delegation also stated that they would be committed to creating new growth points in the Middle East market, and the two parties should establish a cooperative relationship with regular exchanges, strong alliances, and mutual benefit.

During the inspection, the delegation also communicated with cooperative enterprises in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates on specific cooperation projects.
